I want to give a shout out to Leroy from Jersey and Big Red for changing out my garage door outside trim/outside door opener and inside wall panel. They did a fabulous job and all within an hour. They cleaned up all debris, including old nails. They dusted and oiled all parts even cleaned spiderwebs around the inside of the door. Great customer service, affordable pricing and all done with a smile. I highly recommend their services.

Called them to add a new Door opener Switch. they came over fast and installed the new button and saw a problem with my springs and weather stripping and fixed that also. Very Professional and very nice and courteous. didn't overcharge, was reasonably priced and the guys were amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Same day service! My conversation with the receptionist and then with Mr. Steve were pleasant. Reggie arrived precisely as promised and set straight to work. He even gave us pointers on maintenance for the various mechanisms in the door.

Fairly satisfied. Called at 3:45 on a Tuesday afternoon and service technician was at my house at 5:00. Installation was perfect and even learned about garage door mechanisms. Only downfall is what I consider to be an unfair "after hours" service charge. Why am I being charged over $250 for a part that costs $50? A $200 service charge seems a bit extreme. I needed my garage door operational so I didn't have a choice. Would advise future customers to ask service charge details in advance. I figured around $100 - $125 would be plenty for 45 minutes wrench time.
